harapkan joging yg pagi tu jek...la hu3....sabtu &amp;amp; ahad...joging atas katil...ha3..petang ikut mood...nak naik kuda ka...or main badminton ngan anak2...(ala...baru sekali jek hikhikhik)..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ape2 pun ingat tetap ingat....(ingat jek la....)....nak jaga betul2 cam dah takde mood...(nape ekkkk)...nak beli healthy food pun pakai luittttt ma.....haiyaaa mana mau korek itu luittttt ? ade idea ka...wa tatak cukup luitttt ooooo nak beli healthy food...(fuhhh alasan....kurlasssst sangat walopun ade banyak kebenaran disitu...:-(... ).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;DAh 2 3 hari perut masuk angin.....patut kuar angin kat bawah (hik3 - 02/04/10 Jumaat</title><content type='html'>Assalamualaikum......setelah sekian lama...sejak adik ku kawin 14/3/10...disiplin mengupdate, exercise n rutin diet harian pun&amp;nbsp; berterabur macam hape jek....hu3...tapi ape2 pun....Insyaallah back to track harap2 nye....ni pun minggu berterabur sebab demam melanda 2 hari lepas....tapi tetap jua cuba nak eksesais...wat briskwalk jek...so peluh pun tak banyak sangat kuar..tapi ari ni...dah wat cam besa dah...briskwalk n jog 6 round...Alhamdullillah berjaya gak...ngabiskannyee......makan?.... hmmmm ntah ape2 jek masuk perut..suka2 hati jek...ape yg ade...(jgn ingat aku makan yg enak2 ya)...sampai asyik masuk angin jek perut haku..uwaaaaaaaaaa....aku malu nak cite....biarla....lantakla...cuma sape yg harus ku berikan priority???? aku? abng?anak2 ? duhhhhhhhhhhhhh penin kepala mak....rasa cam nak lari keje kat KL... BESAR sket gaji aku.rasanye...tapi apekan daya....kaki cam melekat kena gam mati dibumi Johor....aku tak mampu........tapi camna nak cover seme2 nih...ade 30 hari&amp;nbsp;satu bulan....hari2 perlukan uang!!!!! duhhhhhhhhhhhhhh kalaula.....kalaula.....ughhhhh ....penat arrrhhh hari2 mikirkan....bukan tak usaha...hari2 kami berusaha...tapi masih belum bertemu jodoh...suratkhabar....kengkawan dia....top up hp.(lebih banyak dari kos makan hari2)..urghhhhh perit!!! .masuk april&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;nih dah 4 bulan aku sorang2 ! sayur) &amp;amp; tau foo fah....wallllaaaa sedapnye....pakcik n makcik tu punye taw....beza sangat ngan yg penah beli sebelum ni..ngan gula dia...ngan tau foo dia....tapi aku makan setengah jek....sebab dah banyak sangat makan....n tak lupa...aku makan siput &amp;amp; bongan &amp;nbsp;masak sambal.(mak bagi..)...fuhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh berasap sehhh tinge...sebab asyik sedut sambal jek...ahahhahah siputnye tak mo kuar...(padahal mak dah suh panaskan dulu siput tuh...tak nyabar...ni la..padahnye)..tapi memang puas...mee nye pun sedappppppppppp sangat....tapi kerana anak...ku ambil separuhn jek la....pehtu dah rasa bersalah sebab siput &amp;amp; jogging pagi sebab kena anta mak gi klinik kg.melayu amik ubat darah tinggi mak...so sampai ke malam baru dapat bereliptical dalam 30 minit jek ...tu pun dah kol 10pm....tapi takpela....soknye kan cuti....then sabtu pagi bangun dah lambat..dlm kol 10 lebey...n badan pun cam penat....so kunun2..maleh la..nak eksesais....sekali tuh...badan terus lemah...n tiba2 leh jadi selsema...pelik....nape leh jadi gini..tak pasal2.....betul2 tak best arrr perasaan masa tuh....last2 aku dah geram....dalam kol 11 lebey tu&amp;nbsp; kancil kesayanganku....pada hari sabtu kol 12:10 pm lebey kurang.di highway PG - JB: &lt;br /&gt;Aku pandu ngan hati yg tenang, fokus ku hanya pada pemanduanku, Aiman ku bertegas agar duduk di seat depan n pakai tali pinggang..dia majuk tapi tak membantah....ntah nape aku&amp;nbsp; masih di lane kanan..sedangkan sebelum ni...aku akan berada di lane kiri kecuali memotong..sampai di tempat ITU, aku menoleh ke laluan kanan JB-PG kerana ade berlaku accident....sepantas 1 saat aku menoleh kejadian itu, tiba2 aku nampak kete kancil depan brek dan ku anggap dia akan teruskan perjalanan..tapi sangkaaku meleset..dia terus berhenti...aku cuba sedaya upaya menekan brek tapi kete tetap berjalan...aku redha dan pasrah dan aku memang akan melanggar kete itu....dan kerana itu aku bersiap sedia memegang badan Aiman supaya dia tak terpelanting..Alhamdulillah....dia sangat2 OK...dan bertanya itu ini sejurus kete aku berada dalam keadaan selamat utk melakukan yg sepatutnye coz once aku langgar kete depan, keteku dilanggar bertalu2....rupa2nye 6 7 biji kete dibelakangku!!!! (mlm dalm kol 11pm aiyyooo ) makan ayam mcD -&amp;gt; 1 pc wmeal roti + 1pc kepak and sikit isi ayam (bghn dada kot) ha kauuuuu lapo gigil2....tu yg hantam saje la...labuuuu (sebelum tu ade makan nugget ayam seketul) --&amp;gt; byk tol makan..... - Kellog Special K + susu HL semangkuk.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Exercise (kol 8&amp;nbsp;15pm&amp;nbsp;~ 8 30pm) - Incomplete JM1 (takde strength(dumbell) &amp;amp; push up&amp;nbsp;sebab antara ketiak n payudara sengalllllllllll huhuhuh akibat complete JM semalamnye) tapi complete ngan warm up, jumping jack, jump rope, lompat sebelah kaki bergilir2 (ape ke namanye...he3), boxing, sit up&amp;nbsp;dalam 30x&amp;nbsp;&amp;amp;
